Arco, Idaho!

Arco is the kind of place that raises a lot of questions.  Why does the first town in the world to be powered by nuclear energy have a half-submerged submarine protruding from the ground in its park?  Perhaps the only thing that does make sense here is the Mug.

Good thing the Mug is unsinkable.
